On April Fool’s Day 2026, Twiztid woke up and chose violence.
Years after the infamous ICP/Twiztid split, the demented duo unveiled The Great Milenko: Twiztid’s Version — a completely fake re-recording of one of the most iconic albums in Juggalo history. It was petty. It was ridiculous. It was legitimately funny. And for one glorious moment, somebody somewhere absolutely believed it was real.
This shirt turns that April Fool’s gag into the bootleg tour merch the nonexistent album deserved. The front features Twiztid’s twisted take on the classic Great Milenko artwork, while the back proudly announces “The Great Milenko — TWIZTID’S VERSION” for maximum confusion at the Gathering.
